The rehabilitation process is perceived as a continuation of services of the hospital health services. Therefore it has been created a multidisciplinary Rehabilitation – Recovery team, composed by the medical staff (2 Physiatrists 1 Orthopedic, one neurologist – psychiatrist, one pathologist), the physiotherapist group (2 physiotherapists and an assistant) and the group of nurses provide nursing care around the clock. In the recovery group   one psychologist, one speech therapist, and any other medical specialization is required as appropriate also participate.

The patient who attends the recovery program has specific persons of the group to address. The rehabilitation team is the environment in which with the participation of the patient, decisions are made  for each therapeutic program implemented. Everyday, essential contact information of the individual and the family with the rehabilitation team is carried out by the attending doctor and the nurse  in charge. All subsequent therapeutic procedures are documented through the observance of the daily rehabilitation calendar. In the weekly meeting of the rehabilitation team with the participation of the individual or the family, the rehabilitation project is re-evaluated and designed, therefore clear and achievable immediate, medium- and long-term targets are set  in the implemented programs.
